The transmission went out on our van while we were traveling in GA to visit family. The cost to repair was more than the van was worth so I went through the process of selling a less than functional vehicle while 9 hours away from home. The folks at Cumberland answered the phone, gave us a fair offer, were prompt at pickup, and were pleasant to deal with. When other places wouldn't pick up, wouldn't call back, gave an insulting offer (insult to "injury" around Thanksgiving was irritating at best), or would have taken hours of waiting around, Cumberland helped us make the best of an unfortunate situation.
