I asked him his name he said Jr, asked your real name, he proceeded to say that in Mexico they name their children First name Jr. Another lie. Well Jr. When a man has nothing he has his word.

Called to see if they had a part in stock, josh answered and seemed like he really didn’t care. Told him I need a part for my car and he quickly replied so we don’t stock that. So I asked him if anybody else had in stock and he quickly replied “doesn’t look like it” even though they had 30 until closing. This is the last time I try to go to Napa.

Ordered a water pump from them after i got it found out they charged freight which they had never told me there would be. I could buy it online for 47$ and get it in 5 days but I like to stay local. They charged 57 then put a 20 dollar freight on top. I told them I would not have ordered it if there was freight. Jr said he didn’t know who I ordered it through and would not take off the freight. I took it back and told them I wish we could make things right but they would not refund the freight then suddenly he knew that he had ordered it and he lied straight to my face saying he had told me their would be freight. When I told them they have lost my business they said that was fine. I was very reasonable. They have lost my business and that of all my family. Lots of other problems with them charging taxes on non taxable items and other screw ups that led to this.

They're always very quick to fix or make hoses and they're never lacking in friendliness or great customer service. Keep up the great work!
