I was being helped by associate Starr D she took her time to give me information on the wiper blades l needed explaining why there is a difference in cost and took the time to put them on for me. My experience started out bad when I ordered a part online that said it was available in store for immediate pickup. The next day it was still unavailable. It wasn't till I talked to Starr D that everything got sorted out. Despite a long line of customers and a phone that was constantly ringing she took the time to sort the issue I was having out and was able to send me to another Auto Zone that had an additional part I was looking for. Top notch customer service. If it wasn't for the help I received I may still be waiting for the parts I needed. Someone should give that woman a raise!

This store is by far the worst AutoZone I've been to!! If inventory says they have multiple and he comes back saying they are out. That basically means it's not where it's suppose to be and no extra effort was put forth to even look. I watched him look at the spot and walked back up front. I also had 5 other items and left those right on the counter

The first time me and friend arrived to the store everyone was nice and helped with what we needed. Upon returning to the store to get new brake pads, they would us someone’s old brake pads. It’s too late to go back and when we tried to call before 10 no one answered. How do you not check your own product?
