The transmission went out on our van while we were traveling in GA to visit family. The cost to repair was more than the van was worth so I went through the process of selling a less than functional vehicle while 9 hours away from home. The folks at Cumberland answered the phone, gave us a fair offer, were prompt at pickup, and were pleasant to deal with.
