UPDATE: Used their service again, my elderly mother had a break down while downtown. I told her to REQUEST S & S and I was coming to pick her up. While she was waiting the tow driver told her to wait in the truck while they loaded her vehicle. He then told her he would drop her off so she didn't have to climb back out of the truck. I arrived to her home just as he was assisting her to climb out of the truck. Those steps into the cab are no joke and he made sure she safely made it home!
