Called these guys to salvage a car. I had been at work and figured I should try to get the car removed since I was in the area. Had my title but I forgot my key which was my own fault. They told me to just get the key and call them back when I'm at the lot my car is in. Now they don't answer the phone when I call. Went from new haven to trumbull and back just for them to ignore customers. Trust the reviews on this page because these guys shouldn't have any business. Called another scrap yard in the area and they sent a guy right out to get it.

Please listen to the other peolpe on here making complaints. These guys are rude, disrespectful, and down right crazy. I called to get an alternator replaced that they sold me 2 days ago and i was yelled at as if i was his own kid by the owner, and the other guy isnt too far from him with his attitude. Honestly i dont know how they are still in business. Never again will i do business with these guys. I got 2 words for you Atlas....."ANGER MANAGEMENT"!!!!!!

Very rude. They answered the phone with just a hello and then I asked if they'd buy a car without a title. He cut me off and said no I don't and hung up. I understand if they don't but just the attitude was very off putting.

Dominic and Crystal are racist. I tried to do business with them in regards to junk cars. I am African-American. I was professional in trying to earn there business. Dominic Called Me Ni**er over again. Calling me other racial epithets left me harassing emails and voicemail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DOMINIC AND CRYSTAL THEY ARE RACIST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS IF YOU ARE AN ETHICAL PERSON.
