I debated on returning a light bulb because I had no receipt, but had original packaging. In less than 2 minutes of walking in that store, a person in charge was accusing me of touching the bulb to his coworkers and they started to follow his lead. I asked him his name he said Jr, asked your real name, he proceeded to say that in Mexico they name their children First name Jr. Another lie. Well Jr. When a man has nothing he has his word.

Called to see if they had a part in stock, josh answered and seemed like he really didn’t care. Told him I need a part for my car and he quickly replied so we don’t stock that. So I asked him if anybody else had in stock and he quickly replied “doesn’t look like it” even though they had 30 until closing. This is the last time I try to go to Napa.

Ordered a water pump from them after i got it found out they charged freight which they had never told me there would be. I could buy it online for 47$ and get it in 5 days but I like to stay local. They charged 57 then put a 20 dollar freight on top. I told them I would not have ordered it if there was freight. Jr said he didn’t know who I ordered it through and would not take off the freight. I took it back and told them I wish we could make things right but they would not refund the freight then suddenly he knew that he had ordered it and he lied straight to my face saying he had told me their would be freight. When I told them they have lost my business they said that was fine. I was very reasonable. They have lost my business and that of all my family. Lots of other problems with them charging taxes on non taxable items and other screw ups that led to this.

I followed an employee of there's from Auto zone because I liked his customer service! However another one of there employees totally brushed me off today. Ask if he could check the codes in my car and told me that my car was different then all the others and he could not read it so I left went to O'Reilly the checked it no problem, asked the guy if it was a different plug he said no and that it's the same as other common makes. I feel like he just didn't want to bother. I value good customer service and do not feel like I got it today!

My car broke down and this was the closest shop. It seemed like everything was going to go well, my alternator just needed replaced. When I got my car back I drove the 3 hrs back to my house without ac. I was told they had issues with my hood, which I’ve never had issues with before. When I got back to my place my car had died. I couldn’t open my hood to jump my car. Come to find out my battery wasn’t tightened down all of the way, the cord to open my hood was completely stripped, my oil filter was loose, the shop had also stated they had issues with my radiator which I’ve once again never had issues with. All of these problems had all the sudden emerged after my car was taken to this shop. I would not recommend going here.

My car broke down and John and his boys came as fast as they could. After figuring out the problem they let me stay and wait for my ride and then when it was time to close he took me over to a gas station to wait there for my ride. Awesome guys, they care a lot about there customer and go out of there way to make sure you’re safe!! Would recommend to anyone in that area!

I was traveling alone from Montana to Nevada with my dog, a loaded truck and horse trailer when my serpentine belt and some idlers pulleys gave up on the interstate and stranded me. I called around and everyone told me they couldn’t help but to call John...so I did! John was awesome he came out within 40 minutes with all the parts....yes he came to me!! He assessed the problems and had my truck fixed, running and checked thoroughly in under an hour! Great guy, great service and a great price!! I told him he was a rockstar and I meant it!! Definitely give him a call for all your vehicle needs! Thanks John because of you we all made it safe to Nevada!

Wish I could give zero stars. I am very disappointed in this whole facility, when you go into the bathroom in the office you instantly feel disgusting. The door handles are covered in grease and dirt. The management used to be great but it has gone down hill tremendously. You honestly feel like your the only one out there getting a hernia trying to unload! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Besides that the prices are typically lower than their competitors. Pacific steel and recycling has treated me much much better. Don’t waste your time with this place!

Transmission went out on my car had no way to get it to scrap yard. They sent someone to get it the same day, not only that, my car was in Blackfoot andI live 30 miles out and couldn't make it there with the title. They went ahead picked it up for me and let me bring the title before they closed so it wouldn't get impounded. Saved my a$$ and put money in my pocket

I am personally disappointed with the functionality and productivity of the workers out there. Primarily with the guys who run the equipment and help in the yard. There has been several times I went out with loads and was stuck unloading tons by hand. My loads aren't easy and light things to throw out either. I constantly have vehicles, motors, transmissions, etc... In fact they are so un productive that one day I went out with two vehicles on a flatbed trailer and instead of receiving help they sat and watched me and my brother struggling to flip whole cars off of it and the girls in the office even told me "please leave a review, this isn't the first time today they've ignored us and not helped or done their job".
