I came to this junk yard and the long hair blonde guy told a price and other guy tell me the right price. So he lied with the prices. ask twice to other sellers before you buy any piece . I bought a glass and they told me they had it . I went next day and they told they didn’t have it . Waste of time and money.

It was a pleasure doing business with B&T Used Auto Parts. Since I did not live in Orlando , I worked with Juan over the phone and via text. Juan texted a picture of the wheel rim that I purchased and shipped it to me. So , I was relying on him to ship what I saw in the picture. He did and it was exactly what he said I was purchasing. Accordingly , if I have the need for used auto parts in the future , I will definitely contact B&T and only work with Juan !!

Horribly run auto salvage location. Pre purchased a part that they showed in inventory. Was given a return time of 2 to 2.5 hours. Waited two and a half hours and returned to be told the part had not been pulled yet. Waited an additional 40 minutes at the location to be told the part was unavailable. This is something that could have been communicated much earlier, allowing me to source it elsewhere and not waste precious hours of my day. Uncaring attitude from the staff with the exception of the person who processed my refund who did attempt to locate the part from a different location in the area.

Worst junkyard not only you have to wait and keep waiting when you don’t speak Spanish but still they have to waste your money and time . Bought radiator condenser ask me to go and that they will call . No call nothing after a week a came back and no parts found . End up trying to get other part . Same thing came back with a uhaul that I had to rent and everything and the part not ready and Juan is the worst there
