Milford DE Store. Ordered and picked up in a water pump for my only vehicle. Had great initial customer service. Get home and disassemble my water pump to find that the new pump in box doesn’t match the new gasket or my vehicle. Call store (4:45pm 9/24/22) female employee rudely answers the phone and tells me there is nothing she can do, DRIVE to another store…… I tell her I am stranded without a vehicle and can I speak to the manager. The then tells me she is the manager, get extremely agitated. At this point her tone is so rude it is apparent she is not the manager. I ask again to speak with manager. She then backpedals… tells me the manager won’t be back till Monday…. And then hangs up. Luckily a neighbor let me borrow a car to go to the Georgetown DE location….. will now be reassembling my vehicle in the dark……

Do not go to this store. I bought a battery for my truck here about a year ago. The guy working at the store told me I bought the right one but it didn’t work in my truck. Took it back and they insisted it was the right one and wouldn’t take it back. I ended up having to buy another battery to replace this and eat the charge. I went back today and wanted to get windshield wipers. I asked for help to make sure I got the right ones. The guy told me these are the right ones and got home and they are the wrong parts again.

That are fine just prices are slightly higher than AutoZone and they don't have many auto decals.
