Place didn't close for another 15 minutes and was denied entry even though there were still people inside and I needed something simple... That was pretty messed up
Your reply doesn't justify that closing 30 minutes prior is okay on any level and that's truly a horrible way to run a business.
Doors should close at 5pm and registered should be open til at least 6 while the store closes.
