Went in late on a Monday night to get an engine air filter because I was having some basic troubles with my AC. The guy working the counter, Jeremy, went way above and beyond. AnnMarie was also very kind and helpful. Jeremy pointed out that I likely needed to replace my cabin air filter. He then explained how to do it (I’m a noob) and then did it for me. I was super impressed with his top notch customer service and his knowledge base. As a bonus, my AC issue is not only solved but my AC is running much better than it was previously. Thanks AnnMarie and especially Jeremy for being open and being above and beyond for me and my family!

Has been "closed for Covid Cleaning" for over a week now. Still can't get my UPS package from them. Apparently even UPS can't get in contact with them, because they left their notes saying they dropped off packages elsewhere all over the door. Don't be a UPS access point if you won't let me pick up my package.

My question is precautions for what? Sure, Covid, whatever, but I've been back to the store to check every day. The lights in the store have been on day and night, and based on the amount of UPS and FedEx notes on the door, I would guess that not a single employee has stepped foot in the store since last Wednesday.

I visited this location for the first time because my break light was out and I was taking my daughter to the mall and figured I could quickly fix it. It ended up being an extreme hassle! The manager Jeremy not only came out in 20 degree weather to assist me, but ended up doing it for me without a complaint! The best service I have received in months! Thank you so much Jeremy!! Hands down the best auto parts store in Idaho Falls!!!

I only needed a relatively cheap part that wasn't on stock. They ordered it and called the next morning. Cheaper than O' Reilly's. Only complaint was seeing their sign but having to walk around the block to find the entrance which was up a few steep steps. But I did read they would be moving.
