False prices. The engine I needed was at a decent price. They bumped it up by 25% the next day I called with information they asked prior to purchase, even though they still haven't sold the engine I wanted. They have a poor service too. Tried calling them like 17 times today. Left on Voice-mail. Even the day before yesterday, no luck as they isn't anyway to get a hold of them via a phone call.

Absolutely the worst staff, inventory, and service I've experienced in 40 years!!! Their website for pick a part says its updated daily. NO !! Lie... not updated daily, not even monthly. I drove 6 hours to San Bernadino to get a hood that I called the day prior and was told part available then checked website for 4 days prior and the morning I was driving from AZ which it showed hood was there and photos of a full car. NO!!! Completely wrong... we arrive at 2pm and pay $6 entry to find out the entire front end of car is gone. No hood, no bumper, no engine, radiator laying on ground. Dirt and tree needles all over car and looks to be there for a long time, at least a couple of months. I was livid!!! Sticker on car said 9/20. Website on photos dated 9/21. No way in heck this car was only a week old with the dust, dirt, parts missing etc. Still why lie to a customer who is 350 miles away driving specifically because the hood is available?? Wasted 2 days, $180 in gas, overnight in hotel cost and my time and effort of a mechanic. I could have just purchased an aftermarket hood from lkq for the same amount if not less and picked up in Phoenix. I talked to management and they were RUDE with no empathy at all, no refund either. Do not trust thus company!!! They lie, do not do as state publicly, and do not care about customers. Completely UNTRUSTWORTHY!! someone should sue them... wish I could afford to after this nightmare experience.

I've called this place at least 3 times and they throw you on hold and just leave you there for ever, are you so short handed that y'all can't hire anyone to answer your phones?? this is ridiculous!

The girl at the front desk she was from out of state. Super nice.the inside was spotless. The walk through was alot different. Place is big.big big.lots going on.i saw alot of tank tops.odd for a place with alot of moving parts.lets just say uniforms are not a company thing.lots of car parts.lots and lots of them.be a good job.if you like working on cars.

Check everything you buy from these scoundrels, they will sell anything, they don't care if it's broken, cracked, filled with water etc. I received a junk yard warranty engine from these clowns, and it had a manifold bolt broken in the head, a blown head gasket, cylinders filled with water and an oil pan that the monkey removing it hit with a hammer and caused a leak. BUYER BEWARE at this place.
