39 miles later - $241 & a LARGE tip to Mike himself , i couldn't be more pleased or thankful ! when i called high desert at 10:55 on a tuesday night , highly stressed and worried i was stuck and going to have to pay an insanely large amount to have my car and myself taken home as roadrunner towing had just quoted me $495 , i was immediately at ease , not only did they answer on the second ring , he came off as he genuinely cared and wanted to help and wasn't in it just for the dime . when he gave me the $241 quote , i immediately asked to set it up and a possible eta , he replied with " ill have a driver to you within the hour " . NOT EVEN KIDDING , Mike was pulling up to me in the tow truck within TWENTY MINUTES & not to mention , i was already anxious as some tow truck drivers are just creepy ! (i'm sure we can all agree) but thankfully , that was gone immediately upon meeting mike . what a pleasant gentleman ! seemed as the " salt of the earth " type . THANK YOU AGAIN HIGH DESERT & MIKE

I will never call anyone else! I got the best service that was humanly possible, and Jerry is the most awesome tow truck driver ever! Very friendly and he knows his stuff! He's been doing it a very long time. I had a flat on my Harley and he loaded it up carefully, quickly and secured it very good. And if you want a price comparison.. get this.. Roadrunner wanted $275.00. High desert only charged me $96.00 and my insurance covered it all since they only cover the first 100 dollars. I would have had to pay out of pocket $175.00 with Roadrunner.

My son and I went to Nampa a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning, and just before the exit, our suburban lost the main serpentine belt, losing our power steering and causing our car to overheat and lose all the coolant, stranding us there in 100° heat. We were lucky to make it off the exit and off the busy roadway.
We first called a mobile mechanic, but he was unable to get it running adequately to get us back home. So, were left with no other option than to have it towed.
I called the insurance company and requested that they call Cameron at High Desert Towing. He was about 3-3.5 hours out, but more than willing to drive to Nampa to get us and tow us home. However, since we had been down there for a number of hours already in the hot sun, he was more concerned about us getting home and not having to wait any longer than necessary, so he referred us to another local company that could get to us quicker.
I appreciate that Cameron’s concern for us was greater than his concern for getting the fare. I now know both Cameron and Jerry and they are nice, down-earth-guys, and very professional.
If the need ever arises again to need a towing service, Cameron and Jerry at High Desert Towing will be the first people I call!
Highly recommended!!!

I blew out my engine and my dog and I were stranded in 100'+ heat with 2% left on my phone. I called Cameron at High Desert Towing and he was a guardian angel. He was an hour out, so he sent his wife out to pick me up, so my dog and I wouldn't die from the heat while we waited. He handled junking my car and against all odds, he helped me get a rental car at Enterprise. He would have given me the shirt off his back. Salt of the earth friend indeed! I HIGHLY recommend this tow company and I'm just so so so grateful for the humanity, kindness and help. Thank you Cameron. Thank you High Desert.

Can't say enough great things about Brooks and High Desert Towing.
Naturally, I didn't start the day expecting or wishing I could be their next customer but Ontario's icy roads had different plans for me this morning! Luckily, my company fleet Emergency Road Service linked me up with Brooks.
He was always in communication, got my vehicle recovered from the ditch as quickly and safely as possible, dealt professionally with the State Patrols regarding both of our incidents today, seemed like he had good contacts and a respected opinion in both Idaho and Oregon, and even made what was supposed to be a dull ride back to Boise interesting and fun.
Thanks, Brooks.
