The reason for this rating is simple. When you order and pay for a part, you should be able to send your client the information needed to let the consumer know when your item is being shipped out. When you are not going to be present Mark, you should make your co-workers aware of any orders going out. You should have to hear "I don't know what you discussed, he is not here." Purchasing an item and paying for it on the 5th and it not leaving for a week is unacceptable. Be upfront about it and don't be untruthful about when it was shipped. And please don't respond with that generic "auto-response" you give everyone who complains.

The above auto response from the owner is shameful and a lazy way of saying you don't care. If you want to stay in business, do your jobs with pride and don't lie about the simple things like shipping. It's pathetic.

I drove from homestead to them and they guaranteed that they had the correct rim for my car. After purchasing the rim and driving back to homestead the rim did not fit my car. We called to see what they can do about it and all they could respond was they would give us a call back which in other words is they aren’t going to do anything about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone

One day I was surfing the web for salvage parts. I came across their website and saw a vehicle rims that I liked, and called in to request a quote. The rep told me he can offer $500 flat for all 4 rims with tires, which they had on in stock for that vehicle. So the next day I decided to hop in the car and take a drive there to purchase cash in had 4 times with rims. I pull up and there were two males outside. Told them what I came for, and was quick to tell me they don’t have those rips he sold them about a month ago. I showed him my call list and the minutes I stayed on the phone with their number which is on the website. They asked me who I spoke to, of course I’m going to remember who I spoke to. So dude had a smirk on this face and took me inside to the manager. I explain my situation and told him that someone the day before told me that these rims were in stock, and I drove 60 miles to find out that they were sold a month ago. They spoke in Spanish and I pretended like I didn’t speak Spanish as well, but that another story. Unprofessional at all levels, complains about their system not updating to accuracy, so who really knows what’s the truth... never again I left to never return.
