Ivon lied an left me a voice mail saying "yeah we found a few problems " then when I ask about what problems they found an he said "we haven't even looked at ur car yet" I see why you guys have a 1 star rating, wish I'd seen that first before I took my car down there.

I asked for an Oil filter for a 2017 Sorrento V6. Got halfway through my oil change to find out that the new one they gave is definitely the wrong part. Completely different size than the one in my car.
I guess I'll order online from here on out.

I needed a part but they didn't have it in stock. They searched nearby stores and found the part for me and set it up so that I just had to walk in and get the part. Very friendly staff and both stores were very clean.
