The staff was friendly and helpful at local store. They didn't have my part but a nearby store did. I went to the other store and they had an empty part bag on the shelf and I would have to go to another store 20 miles away to get the part I need. Decided to just go home and order from online. Not very happy. Staff had little motivation.

I am very pleased with the quality of customer service which I received from "Curtis" when I visited the Advance Auto store in Harrington Delaware on Saturday, 9/17/2022. Due to the fact that my Diehard battery (purchased September of 2021) was still under a 2-year warranty I was eligible for a replacement. The staff (Curtis, Warren and Jacob) at the Harrington store location are top notch professionals. Awesome.

Worse customer service I’ve ever seen. I was put on hold, which I had time to drive to the store (15minutes). When I arrived the guy was sitting there doing nothing. I guess he was enjoying his memorial weekend on the clock.

Went into the store in Harrington and asked for help for my 2015 Toyota Sienna reverse lightbulb. And they gave me the lightbulb #7443 ended up didn’t fit. I tried to return the product next day and it was different guy at register he refused the refund just because I opened the lightbulb pack. Little upset with their return policy.
