Worst customer service. They moved my appointment without notifying me, then the OWNER called me and told me they’re in high demand and got several calls for service. Either I wasn’t as important as other customers or they were understaffed and couldn’t get to me (an explanation would’ve been nice). Got quoted price at 9am before my pick up. When the driver got there at noon, the price was 15 cents less per pound. Since I was scheduled for a pickup the quoted price should have been honored. Got $300 less. Beware!

Every time I go there to get some extra cash for my scrap someone helps me by explaining what I have. I do separate my metals but sometimes I’m confused on which aluminum I have and they help me out. I used to go to that place off 295 in West Deptford but they aren’t helpful at all. The people at Sergeant Scrap get you in and out of there are knowledgeable and don’t mind sharing their knowledge. I always leave a tip. Thanks
