Story time and Review! I went to my mother's today to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Like so many others would do I went to Lowes (big commercial store) to pick up the part. Once I got back to my mom's house to fix it we realized the screw was stuck. So we decided instead of driving all the way back out to Lowe's from New Market or calling a plumber we went to B & B Auto parts hoping maybe they would have a tool or something to help us. Not only were they able to help us with the screw but they also were able to give us the correct washer and replaced it for us. What started out as a frustrating experience turned out to be an awesome one. The customer service and the prices were amazing. They even gave my toddler a helium balloon that put a huge smile on his face for the rest of the day. I will definitely be back and wanted to share with others this hidden gem.

Went into the store for a part to help out a local man that had car trouble on the side of the road on Frank Hereford and they were so quick to help and so generous. It's awesome to have them in this area!!!!

Walked in on a whim as they were closing to see if they had an item or two I was having difficulty locating in Huntsville.
A deck belt for an old ride on mower from the early 90’s and a good quality double bit axe handle cause every one i’ve seen locally in Huntsville was high priced garbage.
The man who assisted me was very courteous and went out of his way to make sure I received what I was looking for.
I ended up with an OEM Made in USA deck belt and a nice American Hickory Axe Handle with the best parallel grain I could have asked for.
Nice laid back atmosphere, great selection of hardware, tools, odds and ends etc.
One of the last good “Ma & Pa” Hardware Shops left in our state.
Be sure to give them your buisness unless you want big corporations to take over New Market like they’ve done everywhere else.
