Very courteous! I sold my old car to them today (had a cracked head block) and through the whole thing they were nothing but polite and helpful. Went quickly, as well. I called yesterday and they were ready to pick it up right away! There was no charge for pick-up since it was in town. The place is sort of out in the boonies, but they even offered to mail the check and bill of sale, so I wouldn't have even had to drive all the way out there. It's a family business as well, as one of them told me. Will be using their services again should the need arise.
