Wow. Just, all I can say is, wow. The first time I tried calling, was because I wanted to see if there were parts I could buy for one of my cars. Guy was rather rude and seemed to want to hurry and get off the phone, but let me know they only buy cars, not sell parts. Ok, whatever, I can understand that, maybe they just break the cars down and sell the parts to a machine shop or something. A week passes, and I’m on the highway in my car with no A/C because I couldn’t get the parts I needed, and a tow truck with a damaged car on the back looses some parts that nail the front of my car and an explorer behind me. I’m calling around to find the owner of the truck, I get to this guy again. Oh boy, this guy. This absolute... Richard... informed me that even a simple vehicle model is not public information. As if it’s not stuck to the back of every car to come out of a factory since the 1930’s. Literally every other shop and junkyard I called to find this thing was friendly and civil, except this guy, and I’m about 80% certain they’re the ones who own that truck.
Negative stars aren’t allowed, so I’ll stick with one.
Photo below is the two parts that were still on my car once I got to the side of the road.
Edit: photo doesn’t seem to have posted. It’s a right headlight lens to a Ford something. I can’t get much useful information off it though.
