Took a trailer and truck load of scrap to J L today. I didn't expect alot of money but was bewildered when I only received $35, when the last load a couple weeks ago, that was only a trailer load was over $70. I thought scrap had really bottomed out. My next load that was a trailer load only of the same scrap, I took it across the bridge to a different company and received over $45. I felt really taken by J L scrap, I don't know what the issue was but don't believe I have much faith in the honesty of the cashier. I will not be returning to J L scrap agian and will be letting everyone know what happened.

Like manyscrap places you have to watch out where you drive so you dont mess up your own tires. This place is great. Fair trade in prices. They even have a magnet crane to assist in unloading your truck bed.
