This place told me they had a motor to fit my vehicle but instead they put an older model motor in it
But didn’t know how to wire it back up correctly
Then they had to get rid of my transmission dip stick for what reason I don’t know, leaving me not being able to check my transmission fluid. They had to get rid of another bracket of hoses for what reason? Now I got it in a real shop that’s gonna figure it out. If it would have been the right motor why you had to remove them other items. Called them and he’s acting like nothing wrong.
Saying that all them spiced wires was like that when he got it not knowing it’s a one owner original vehicle . Bad service

Don't waste your time with this place. I wasted an hour and a half waiting on a part that they supposedly had plenty of. But apparently didn't. Just to have them sell it to their buddy that just walked in....they need to learn how to catalog and do inventory. Two thumbs down.

Our Holly recommend them to anybody that is looking for a car part very friendly, and I was in and out of there very quickly I will. I will go back for more parts.

I was on the way and I called to have a part removed. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She told me that they can't remove any parts until the customer is there and pays for the items. When I got there with my mechanic, she told him, "if I knew it was you, I would had had the part removed" as if I wasn't standing there. She was very rude and out of character. As she was looking up my car, I asked her was it the right car (because my car is easily mixed up with a newer model) and she looked at me like i wasn't suppose to ask her anything, and said "yeah." She even talked about other customers in front of me and my mechanic. She said she "made" another lady (customer) leave Auto Parts R Us. If this is how they treat, customers, I will never go back there again. I rather drive 100 miles for a car part than to go there. They have lost my business and everyone else I know, including family and friends!

Excuse the negative reviews. The only people to rate a business are normally unsatisfied people. The No Name review doesnt like tumpies, burger king, bp, or east laurens high.. seems like he may not even like him self :) The other lady is referring to the fact we don't pull parts until they are paid for and that is my policy for my workers. Everybody has those few customers that are not satisfied. For every negative review I have 50 customers a week that leave happy and say how much they appreciate us. We can not please everybody and do our best to provide quality used auto parts at a good price. With that being said I hope whoever is reading this will give us a chance to help you with all your used and new parts needs. :)
