I brought in 2 marine batteries to be charged at 10am, the guy behind the counter seemed helpful and said they will be charged in an hour. I left for two hours (on a bike ride, since I am in my motorhome) I came back at noon and the batteries are still right where I left them. On the counter, untouched. I asked another sales associate for assistance she seemed surprised they were not being charged and assured me they would be right away. I waited another 45 min. Went back in and my battery still had not moved. I finally carried them across the street to Auto Zone. Where they were promptly put on a charger and I'm good to go. I would say every single person working today is an absolute waste of space. I've never had such poor service in my entire life from an O'Reillys auto parts store. I've added pictures of how busy the store is.

They tryed to upsale me on a fuel intake hose. I only needed5 inched and they said they could only sell me a 3 foot piece for $38.00.

Can be a quiet store but pretty busy sometimes. Great customer service, I asked the worker to put on my steering wheel cover. He did even though there were customers, I appreciated it.

He is knowledgeable, professional, polite, wonderfully sweet, and just fantastic when it comes to providing true & good customer service!

Had a windshield washer pump sprayer thingy go out. Bought my part. Asked if they'd help me. This gentleman, Chuck, jumped right on it. Shoved(metaphorically) me out and said I'll get it done for you.
That's the second time someone at this particular store has went above and beyond to help me.
