Overall, this place is OK aside from their pricing - Good layout and pretty big selection. They have increased all the prices tremendously, far exceeding general inflation. They tack on their warranty that makes used parts cost MORE than new, even new parts with warranty are less than this place. They will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING then act offended that you don't want the warranty, it's all a joke LOL.

What I hated most about my experience was they acted like it's their first day in business. Absolutely no order, someone was waiting about 20 minutes that I saw to check out and the only available employee was processing someone who just got in and 4 other customers that just got in.
Also about their policy, seems like if an item fits in 2 categories they charge the higher price, for example:
I wanted to buy an engine cover that's a foot long plastic molding. Their engine covers are $20 and plastic molding are $8. I didn't like the fact that they refused to charge me the molding price and said I'd have to pay the engine cover price. I think it would've been fair to charge me $8 because these type of covers are $14 new and they're just a piece of plastic molding.
I didn't expect that from an American business. Probably will never go there again. I have got lucky before with some brand new parts.
I think they should come up with a better pricing policy.

If you are looking for used parts for your car this is one of the best places to get it. Easy to get in pay 3 $ and go get your part for your car yourself. Great costumer service. I definitely will go back again.

I used to love this place, but they've been getting worse and worse.
I've been coming here a long time, and was used to the handy 30-day warranty included in the price of parts, but recently, they completely gutted that, and replaced it with a 90-day warranty THAT YOU PAY EXTRA FOR.
You can opt out, but they don't tell you this (maybe they might mumble it, but you still can't hear because they go through it quick.) So I had to go back in and ask why the parts I bought were so expensive.
Well a $60 costs an extra $20 for the warranty. That's 33% or 1/3 of the price for the part itself.
Whatever, anti-consumer practices, it was only a matter of time before a corporate giant like LKQ would end up there, but the lady at the front desk sent me to the back of the line, saying it's my fault for not noticing or hearing correctly, and she pointed at the tiny half-torn-up sign on the wall that disclaims the new warranty policy.
Moral of the story, be careful buying parts here.
You're automatically opted-in to this expensive ""Warranty"" and you have to make it clear you don't want it.
Oh, and she also told the guy in front of me he has to press the bushings out of a rusty subframe, or else she has to charm him for them.
REALLY?? They don't even have a shop-press onsite. How are you going to force a guy to use an industrial tool he doesn't have to remove the extra part he doesn't want?

If you like paying MORE for used parts than New ones, head over to LKQ ROCKFORD!! THEY WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CHARGE YOU EVERY FEE AND WARRANTY UNDER THE SUN FOR YOU EFFORT. This place used to be affordable, but now they dont even have any sales days like holiday weekends. Just buy online somewhere else and get parts delivered to your door. You won't even have to pay $3.00 to get in. Also, Employees are extremely RUDE. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
