Haven't been here in many years but I went there to to turn in scrap metal and they refused to take it and asked me to bring documentation to prove that it was mine. I would say they need to rethink their policy and if they are so worried about receiving stolen junk which I get it happens but I think they should take pictures of what is brought in with the person bringing it in and copy of license and vehicle tag or registration. In my case I can't give them documentation of something that has been in my families barn before I was even born and now that I have taken ownership of the barn and the contents that were left omni source tells me I have to keep it. Don't think so! You have lost me as a customer and I will never use Omni source again. Another thing the presentation of your business in Auburn is degraded and from now on I will Stay with Metal X. Thanks for showing me how much you value your customers.

Dad and i used to go to junk yards while i was growing up so i love going. They treat you well, i saw a lady there having trouble unloading and they sent someone out to help her, i thought that was great.
