If you don't want to buy and tow my car, then you politely say so, and then suggest that you be taken off the list of the company that has you listed as the tower/buyer for this area. Please, if you will accept some friendly advice, get someone else to answer your phones; the indignant attitude of your current person belittled and alienated this customer, as I'm sure it would any decent person.
