Mackenzie and Kelly were absolutely amazing. They offered to help me with getting my 50 gal drum of cans to the door. Super polite! The gentleman at the cans was friendly as well. The man operating the crane helped unload 3 dryers. As a woman, I felt like they cared and didnt want me to injure myself. I'll be back!!
Update: went back again today with copper wire and Anthony was extremely helpful! He definitely values their customer service and is a gentleman himself! He loaded my wire for me, even though I was stubborn and tried to help.
Guys go to them! Prices are great, staff is AMAZING! I've been to other scrap yards or recycling yards and this is by far the most friendly.

Not only do I love the girls in the office but I believe most all of the staff here is pretty swell. I had an unfortunate experience of running out of gas in their parking lot a few weeks ago after a much-needed scrap run and Tony and Chris were super helpful! They helped get me back on the road to make it up to the gas station. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. Highly recommend this place of business!

The first few times I went, they were great. Fast & great customer service. But the last time I went, I was told that I had been getting paid wrong for the copper I was bringing. He said it was Copper 2. But he was & is wrong. What i took was shiny with no soldering, paint, or oxidation. So now I dont feel comfortable going back because I’m concerned I’ll get cheated again.. so frustrating!!!! Had to deal with them one last time today but once again not giving me the correct amount. Thet say they have to do what their boss tells them. On their sheet copper flashing is copper 2.
Well I have been to 2 other places since I first posted this. And I have to admit I guess I was wrong because each one is saying it’s copper 2. And one place their scale was WAY off & this I know for sure. So I apologize for my previous review. And the ladies that work at Harmon are amazing!!
