I bought a Mazda 2 engine one week ago got around to installing it they told me came out of a running vehicle I installed It and it would not start had no compression in any cylinder when I asked for a refund after having to pull it out again they refused to give me my 600 back and threatened me said nothing they can do for me when the gentlemen behind the counter specially told me it was running. Had a blown head gasket would not even start horrible place of business caused me thousands of dollars and lost time

Lack of communication, they don't call back when they say they will. Sold be bad Engine and rod went through block in under 30 days and they still won't warranty it because I contacted them 4 days after 30 day warranty even though I have proof from pepboys engine went bad in under 30 days

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I called for a gas tank and the person who picked up the call was very rude and unprofessional. He stated that the vehicle has been on the lot for 200 days plus and more then likely no longer had the gas tank. When I asked if he can check if it did or didn't have it since I'm located in Dundee and I am really needing it, he say "I'm not going to let you waste my time" and hung up the phone. Customer service in companies like these should be top notch and they are far from it. I've never been treated in such a demeaning manor!!
