The car is old enough to be called a "classic" and parts for it are not easy to find under any circumstances. Sold me a bad part, and didn’t honour full warranty (including shipping), as they should when their part already cost you double the labour. Also rude sales staff (minus the manager) - overall don’t recommend.

I called looking to sell my car and the customer service was immediately poor. The guy who picked up my phone sounded like he was having the worst day of his life, and the moment I answered his question transferred me without warning. The next guy I spoke to was much better, but he was a little snappy while we were speaking and he paused suddenly to speak with coworkers.

Tried to take car computer that was purchachased for 125.00 back. The first employee at the front stated it was too long since purchase. There was no mention on the receipt or anywhere in their main lobby that states their return policy. They would not give me credit for the purchase for any other part. The manager came out and started looking for the sign that said no returns on computers and even he couldn't find it. I think its BS they can just come up with a rule out of no where. They didn't even try to work with me. Seemed like I was hassling them as soon as I walked in. There customer service sucks. Whatever happened to doing good business.
