They were a bit busy when I went in. Only one person taking care of customers. I went in to purchase some synthetic oil. The shelves were pretty empty. I was unable to find a lg. container of the full synthetic motor oil. I did find it in the small bottles.

This store should close it's doors. Terribly short staffed, inexperienced, inefficient, over priced parts and poor quality tools made in China. You can do better online with RockAuto, Ebay and if you need it right now go to a real parts store. Too bad what has become of Napa, the land is worth more as a vacant lot.

I gave 5 stares because NAPA Auto's professionalism and quality is about as good as it can get. My only problem is the price. I understand you get what you pay for. Yet at some point it becomes a little ridiculous.

Customer service is not one of their specialties along with fair prices! If I had employees that acted this way I would fire them all, take my losses and start over with proper training on customer service and actual knowledge of parts.
