I live in Florida and drive a 27-year-old F-150. It's a truck I absolutely love and won't give up. I just keep fixing it. I needed a hard to find and very specific part. I couldn't find it anywhere in my home state of Florida, called more than 50 places. Online French Lake Auto Parts is the only place I could find in the entire nation that had the part. Was going to order it, but online the only option was regular economy shipping. I was in a pinch and needed the part as soon as possible. I couldn't wait a week or so for it to arrive from Minnesota to Florida.
I called French Lake Auto Parts around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday and explained the situation. Was basically told overnight shipping is not something most people ask for and they don't really do a whole lot of it.
End result was the part was immediately boxed up while I was still on the phone with them and was brought to a FedEx location to be dropped off for overnight shipping within a couple hours of when I called. It was on a plane that same night according to the package tracking. Very friendly service, it took more than one phone call within a half hour or so to get everything squared away, since my situation was complicated, through the entire process the service was absolutely outstanding. The woman I talked to, can't remember her name, went above and beyond to listen to my situation and help me. And also to the gentleman who went to a FedEx store on his way home from work at French Lake Auto Parts to drop off my part to be overnighted, and leave me a voicemail letting me know what the tracking number for the package was, many many thanks.
It's not often in this modern day that you get such outstanding service. And the price of the part was very fair, all around an amazing experience. Thank you so much

A few years back. I was looking to shake out a car deal with French Lake Auto Parts Inc. When I was assisted by their technicians I was treated with the utmost respect. Actually the title and sales team together did a great job. In conclusion I did not purchase the vehicle I was looking to purchase. It was not due to their team at all. I simply found a vehicle more to my liking.
Amendment 7-30-2020; 1971 VW Beetle found its way to us. To only be brought from the Steel Grave Yard and Recycling . On it's way to the California Beaches again !
