Rude security guards… attitude, very disrespectful, u feel that u are going to enter a secret service office. Just went to pay for cars that I bought , the security guard was so rude. It is not the first time it happens. Manheim administration has to look into that!!!

You pay to auction your car so you expect a fair condition report. After seeing their report, I wouldn't consider buying my own car. EXTREMELY CRITICAL!!! FLAWS highlighted that I never saw after 5yrs. of owning @ didn't see when I picked it up!!! very expensive task no reward!!!!
