Terrible service. I asked if I could go back and see the part I was going to buy before I bought it and they refused. They wouldn’t even tell me the color of the car/part, expected me to pay 65 dollars for a mirror without knowing if it was the right color or even the condition. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of time

I needed a hard to find rear differential. I called, they said they had one. I walked the yard. They had one I liked. I paid for it. The next day, they pulled it out and loaded it in my pickup with a forklift. They were exactly $400 cheaper than the competition for the same part. Good experience

Although they didn't have the Tire Rim I was looking for..I did observe great customer service . I will recommend this company to my friends and relatives. They will be my first choice If i Ever Need used car parts again...

After sitting for 30 minutes while my grandson looked for the needed vehicle he found out it didn't exist. Meanwhile a Budweiser sat on the counter when we came in and soon one of the employees pick it up and began to drink it. The place was filthy and the employees had NO integrity. One of the worst places I have been to and yet claim to be AAA recommended. When was the last time someone from that organization was there?

My only complaint is you pay for an engine and it takes 3 days for them to pull it. Other then that it was good.
