Came here to see why such low rating before I give them my business. Reading the owners responses to the reviews is the reason for my 1-star. I have never seen an owner of a company take such offense to his customers and potential customers. I dont get it smh. Your taking the time to respond and still choose to be rude and condescending. It almost seems fake. Its like a 12 year old and a few of his buddies logged in as the owner and responded. Lol.

The reviews and service of the people in this company are negative in every way. Even in the comments they can't be consistent at all. Every other review contradicts itself. A person complains they need a part they say "we don't sell parts" then if the customer says I needed a part they say " oh we sell parts" make up your mind about how crapppy of a company you are

They bought my junk car and we’re prompt on picking it up. Very nice people.

Called Monday about selling my junk car. We agreed on a price and date and time to get it. The day came, and they never showed up. I called after them being about 35 minutes late and they said traffic. Given all the construction going on I understood and was ok with it.. After 2 hrs sitting around and waiting, I get a call from another towing company saying he was going to be another 45 minutes. Not once did I ever get a call from someone

Lady at counter was friendly, and helpful walked right where she said and there was the row of vehicles we were looking for. Prices was ok and they let you pull a buggy to haul tools and parts
