The store is usually clean, stocked and organized. For the most part, the staff are helpful in finding what you need or offering advice. They don't try to upsell you anything, but do have the current advertisement on the counters so you can see what items are on sale.

On two different occasions they did not have what I needed so they told me they would have the next day. On both orders when I called to make sure it was there, they had no record of ordering my part. Total incompetence and could care less of the delay or inconvenience it caused. I’ll never call them again.

Customer service was horrible. The clerk kept taking other customers in front of me. Told me what I needed would take longer than the other customers so everybody that came in. Yes stopped helping me then went and took care of them. I bought all the parts I needed in future from O'Reilley's.
