These people were great. We are truck drivers and needed some parts. We were parked at the service plaza in Darien, CT. Our APU quit running and that’s something you need to run AC or heat. They went above and beyond to locate the parts and even had to make two trips out to us at no extra cost to us. I would recommend anyone to go there. All praise to a bunch of great guys.

The worse experience in 2020, thus far!!!!!!! Waiting 5 minutes, while 6 people behind the counter, laughed and joked! Once they slowly exited the area, i saw the young man at the counter; look over his mask several times; in between looking at his phone; but never hreeting me; or acknowledging my presence!!!!!!! I'm sorry I even waited long enough, to spend my money. Guess it was just my pride!!!!!!!

I would leave 0 if I could!! Do not shop here, they are crooks!! They put name brand labels on cheap parts. I bought a serpentine belt for my car, it didn't fit, I went back with my receipt and they say that's not their part, its a different brand..THEY SOLD ME THE PART!!it could be a mistake but if Someone there is mislabeling they need to do right! Filing a dispute with my bank!!
