Employee working never acknowledged us, when came into the store. Had to approach them for what I needed. Employee said they could install part for me. Never called when part came in, like they said they would. Had to go back into store and part had been there since day before. Employee that was working made lame excuse about why they couldn't install part. Will NEVER do business with this place again!

I have two suggestions for this store. First off they need to do a better job with inventory. They’re always out of some oil filters and even some oils. I come here often for oil change supplies but they’re always out of what I need so I have to get a less desirable alternative. Sometimes they tell me to go to the autozone in rupert and I have when they didn’t have anything that I needed and I can tell you now that the rupert store has a ton more inventory than this place.
Another suggestion is more staff and better training. There is not enough staff to help you and sometimes the one person that is available to help you doesn’t know how to help because they need better training. I hope this helps this store becomes better I don’t want to go elsewhere unless I have to.
