Dint go here if you dont know what you are doing because they will rio yoy off especially if you are a woman. I made the mistake if asking for help and they burned me. 84 pounds if unstripped wire and they gave me 6 bucks ....NEVER GO WITHOUT SOMEONE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR BETTER YET DONT GO HER AT ALL PERIOD!!!

Much better environment since their building burned down and was rebuilt. You do have to watch them as they sometimes like to weigh your sales product and "forget" to include it in your payout. Of course that only works when you have multiple types of nob ferrous metals you are selling.

Please people we wear they got three stooges working in the front worst customer service the stooge that's in charge of cutting the metal was obviously having a bad day because I was there two hours for a lousy 20-footer to get cut finally got tired and went and checked out was the wait and he's sitting there at the salt just holding on to the buttons saying that the machine was broke and that is supervisors are a joke and that he can't get a hold of nobody but then I looked closer and the cut was all the way through he was just sitting there wasting my time so it goes okay well it went through please do yourself a favor don't deal with this clowns

Office girl got her wires crossed with incorrect description of metal I brought in. I brought in 20lbs of alum. She put on paper (old sheet), which was iron at .43 a pound. I brought in 20lb. Solid alum., which is more per pound. That's why I say between the handler of metals & girl upstairs paying out, getting their wires crossed on the handling & paying the customer wrong price for the metal he brought in!
