I needed to fix a front bumper on 2023 Suburban. They wanted at least double (or triple) the price of another salvage lot that was a little farther away. They offered to price match and accept returns of what I didn't need. But, in the end, they refused to accept a $35 part they originally quoted at $100. If they hadn't lied about taking their part back, then I'd give a better review. But, they will knock your head off on price, and lie about taking something back. No good in my book.

I came here a few times and the place is really old and beat down in the middle of nowhere. The few amount of visits that I've come here they either never have the part or the part is either rusty, old and damaged and barely usable. it’s usually always horrible customer service too. I Came in here earlier with my dad and the brunette older lady with the short bob and glasses didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in no greeting or anything literally just stood there while she spoke on the phone for a few minutes and when she finally did decide to acknowledge us, she spoke to my father in a extremely rude and aggressive tone. Talked to him like a child. literally talked over him while her Hispanic older looking employee stood beside her and laughed at the fact she was speaking over him. I guess she thought it was funny that her employee was being rude and extremely unprofessional to him. Literally walked out of the establishment right then and there. I chose to spend my money elsewhere(LANCE AUTO PARTS). The Hispanic older lady and lady with the short bob lack professionalism/respect. I ended up going to lance auto used parts and found my part for a much cheaper price and didn’t have to deal with disgusting attitudes that OBVIOUSLY hate and are unhappy with their job. Will literally never be coming back. Go to Lance Used Auto parts they are a small 10 minute drive and have amazing customer service and will find your part at a much cheaper price.
