This is a great place to upgrade to a newer vehicle. They are a 1 stop shop as they buy your old car and you can apply the credit to a new one. They also offer financing of course. The staff are super friendly and are not pushy in the least bit. You can check out the inventory or walk the lot to see what is available. The best part is they will transfer inventory to different stores across the country based on your needs. We have bought 2 vehicles thru carmax and plan on using them in the future.

Dalton, Cindy & Brian were exceptional to work with. I had to come back to finish things up as my deal was a little complicated. Dalton who I originally started with was tied up with another customer and Cindy was quick to get me the help I needed which was Brian.
