Response to owner's reply: In no way am I angry or have I been angry... just frustrated. I never was ugly about the situation. Maybe I did misunderstand the timeline to begin with, but I do have an email in May that says 5-6 week completion. Not sure what learning experience I am supposed to take away from the situation? Statements like these sound like this is somehow my fault. When I spoke to the owner the last time she said glass wasn't ordered & wood was stacked up for my doors to be built but they didn't have room to begin building them...not days from completion. At that point how could I believe what I was being told anyways? My review is not a retaliation just letting other consumers know my experience.
Original review: Very disappointed with my experience with the owner! Poor communication & customer service. I ordered 2 barn doors in March of 2021. I was told 5-6 weeks as a timeline. I reached out a few times the last 9 months to get an update and not once was I contacted first. Really didn't seem even that apologetic...always giving me tons of excuses & promising it would be soon. This past October I reached out frustrated that 7 months in & my doors still haven't even been designed or much thought put into them. Owner begged me to not cancel my order. She promised I would have them by the holidays so I decided to wait longer. Fast forward to the week before Christmas and guess what? Not a word from the company. So I called only to find out they haven't even ordered all the materials for my doors. I cancelled my order at that point due to the very poor business of not communicating & over promising. Owner tried to make me feel guilty for canceling my order like I was the bad guy?!? I understand delays because I am a small business owner as well but at what point is it poor business? I felt 9 months in to a 5-6 week deadline was that time.I have no doubt the employees could build a beautiful product but I was so exhausted dealing with the owner on the business side. I didn't feel like I could trust what she said. They did refund my deposit that day. Now I will start over after waiting 9 months for nothing.

I made an order for dual barn doors back in April 2021 during the Home and Garden Show. Amy told me 3 months to complete and I had no problem with that but then it became 6 months when I called for it to be done. Since I've waited 3 months, I figured what's another 3 months right? Well, I check again in October and Amy tells me that there are still 8 orders ahead of me. The same number of order when I checked 3 months ago. What! Really! So needless to say I cancelled my order. Amy didn't explain why or even apologize for the delay. They seem to have good products, I will never know but their customer service and communication is one of the worst I've ever experienced. BTW, you pay premium for their work and 50% deposit so I expect better customer service for what I am paying for. If you're okay with waiting a long time and underappreciated paying customer then go ahead and spend your money with this company. But if you're like me, work hard for your money and like to spend it with companies who provide at the least decent customer service and appreciates you as a customer, this is not the company and I recommend you go elsewhere. If you don't need custom measurements for barn doors, try Wayfair or Overstock.

I had some laser engraved wood created here and they turned my project into a masterpiece. Their work was quick and professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat! In fact I am actively thinking of projects I can work with them on. Further, when I went to pick up my finished project I had a fantastic time looking through their showroom! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
