Bought a used transmission for my 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a month later it’s still running great! Friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. This is my second time buying parts here and will definitely be back again!

Great helpful fellas. Jeremy was so helpful. He went above and beyond to get the answers about the parts I needed. He emailed the photos with a price quote in less than 1 hour. The pricing pretty much beat all of the competition. I love spending money with local businesses. I have a great feeling walking out the door with all the parts I need to repair my wreck and a little money left to maybe get my sound system installed!
Thanks for taking the extra step and sending the photos. Good, honest shops are a rarity these days. Well worth the drive for me!! Will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!

Sure do miss the old place how it used to be!

Have to say they can be a bit unreasonable on prices + what assemblies they're willing to break down, but not so much to merit a downgrade to 4 stars. Maybe 4½. Service was excellent. All staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Inventory appears to be very good.

I've bought parts for three or four different cars from here, and never had a bad experience. Their database with the inventory of stuff in the lot is very current, and a phone call will save you a trip to find out if a part is there.
I've always been treated fairly and courteously, even when asking some really oddball questions. They wait on people as quickly as possible, but the yard is pretty full on weekends, so you may have a little wait to get in and out.
I've seen a few negative reviews, and simply will say that this doesn't match what I've seen. They know their customers, and in some cases, even their customers' project cars. (Several times I've gone to find parts and had staff stop me to ask me for updates on my build.) Many customers are greeted by name. (If she doesn't know your name, Rhonda will probably call you "sweetie" or "honey" regardless of your gender.) If they don't have something, they'll call around, find a part, and send you to the competition.
If you want a positive experience, treat the people nicely, and they will treat you nicely. (This is true for most other businesses in the world, too.)
