Yard guy's were great but the lady at the front desk WOW one heck of an attitude went there for an engine decent price. But myself being a mobile mechanic I was looking for a main window motor control switch for a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan they didn't have it so they ordered it from somewhere not sure where they ordered it from but got the switch got back to the customers vehicle went to plug it in and guess what no electrical pins in the switch itself so I took it back to the salvage yard once again I got one heck of a attitude problem from the lady at the front desk. I didn't think much about it but anyway I had them order another switch and when that one came in I opened the package right there in front of them and guess what NO PINS AGAIN so the lady at the front desk proceeds to tell me that she doubted that the pins even had to be there ummmm there is a wireing harness that plugs into the switch YES THEY HAVE TO BE THERE IN ORDER FOR THE SWITCH TO CONTROL THE WINDOW MOTORS ummm DUH. But anyway I asked for my money back and she didn't even have enough cash to refund me so I told her to apply the refund to the cost of the engine I was buying and she did but of course with one heck of an attitude problem. I highly recommend staying away from this place unless you want to be treated horribly. I only gave two stars because the yard guys were great it's just the women at the desk was the problem come on Ed Jones hire someone else who will treat people with respect. Thank you yard guys.

Lame excuse of a business lady at the front desk was rude and had so much cigarette smoke in the room I decided not to take any chances doing business with them.
