Bought a engine that was "stated to be low mileage, in good running condition" went and bolted all Accessories on motor, trans, turbo, belts etc, to drain the oil and sludge, tree bark, followed by a TON of metal flake, rod bearing on piston number 2 was beyond toast!!!! A month later still fighting to get money back or some type of Compensation, nothing but the run around, everyday another excuse, ohhh the owners not in, we need photos, etc and the rudeness over there like I'm the one we sold them a bad motor. The run around to say the least, I'm a business owner and this was for a customers car that is now on stand still, while owner of car is still out money and a motor. Terrible business practice, stay away at all cost!!! Wish I would have read reviews earlier ♂️

Dont trust this company. They do not honor core charges and sell motors with missing parts. I purchased a WRX motor with parts missing they didnt say wouldnt be missing. Makes you wire the money instead of using credit card to stop charge backs. Beware of this fraudulent company selling bad parts.

Terrible customer service. Handed me the wrong grille and insisted it was our fault when it wouldn’t line up. Kept placing blame on the auto body shop rather than taking accountability for giving me the wrong part. Stay away unless you want hassle.

Believe all the reviews!!! Place is an absolute scam. Sold me a broken unusable part and only offers exchange for another broken unusable part due to the way they cut these parts out. Don’t pay cash and only use your credit so you’ll have that protection.

Brewster has been amazing in every way. The went out of there way to locate a part that I needed. They were very punctual with call backs and had good communication. Will 100 percent be doing more business with them Thank you guys.
