Called to see if they took ac units and when i got through I was cut off with a "thank you" and put on hold. I waited on hold a few minutes confused to what was going on since I wS given no notice to being put on hold. I called back and she told me I needed to have patience he was on the other line. So why not say "please hold while I direct your call." I had no idea what was going on since she rudly interrupted me.
