My experience was horrible. Bought a part that I thought I needed. Turned out that I didn't need it and they refused to give me a refund. Only a store credit. I no longer had the car so I didn't need a store credit. No one informed me that I wasn't able to get refunds when I purchased it. The part they gave me was defective and they're expecting me to trade it in for another possibly defective part.

Exceptional service. The man I spoke to "ramzy" was quick to get me the subframe I needed. I used my choice of shipment all the way up to Pennsylvania and he ensured the part was ready for shipment in the manner I had layed out.
