Great customer service! I live in Florida and only came across this business because they keep an accurate inventory and list parts online. I needed a door for a rare 1966 car. I had searched for months before finding Chuck, speaking to him directly, exchanging pictures of what I needed and agreeing on a price! And that all happened within a week. The door I needed was crated up and arrived safely to me. This is a respectable man who runs a great business and doesn’t forget how to properly treat customers, which is hard to find. I would appreciate doing more business with Chuck in the future! Please buy with confidence and tell your friends:-)

By far the worst customer service I've gotten. do not get warranties from this company because they do not stand by it. I'm still waiting for payment on labor warranty bits been 3 months. they will also not send your parts on time and lie to you about part arrival they over price their used parts. Most of the time they get their parts from other yards instead and have no idea how many miles or info on "their" parts..

anyone got bad customer service it was your own fault. i never had any problems at chucks. i’m very black. and i have been shopping there for years. they specialize in gm parts but they don’t specialize in broke sh!t. so if you ain’t got no money or on some being cheap or broke sh!t, then don’t go to chucks. but if you want quality parts at reasonable prices. call and make sure you know what you want. if they don’t have it they might know who does...
