I bought a engine from these fellows and I regret it. They said they had it running but when I go to put it in the truck, I pulled the oil pan first just to make sure the rod bearings were fine. They were not. The engine is junk. It turns over but the bearings were spun and worn almost to the point of failure. Then to top things off they would not honor there 90 day guarantee. Claiming I voided the warranty by pulling off the oil pan. What idiots. So now I stuck with a junk engine that I paid a lot of money for and they would not do a thing other than talking self-righteously about themselves . Please do not buy from them, They are scammers

I appreciate the quick response was able to tell me how they could help me. But they are over priced quoted me 370 for a hood. I was able to purchase a brand new one on Amazon for 300 with free shipping. Kinda wondering if my husband called if they would have quoted differently

I called from North Phoenix to this Tucson salvage yard and ordered a pair of brake calipers from Henry because there weren't any available near me. I specifically asked if the calipers were 4 the piston version because I didn't want to drive over 2 hours for the 2 piston version. Henry verified they were the ones I wanted. He told me there would be a core charge, (which is ridiculous at a junk yard, but that's not why I'm here) so I told him I'll remove mine before driving down. He asked why I'm buying these brake calipers and I told him they are a bolt on to the old Chevy trucks. --- Now after driving over 2 hours I walk in and the first thing Henry does is says I'm not taking your old calipers as a core and wants to charge me an additional $50.00. I argued with him and because he was completely in the wrong he reduced the charge to $30.00. Because my truck is inoperable and I drove so far to get these I paid it and told Henry I would leave a review. He didn't care about that any more than he cared about how customers feel about their service. Go elsewhere if you have any other choice, and consider not going if it is the last place on earth.

Purchased a starter. They POWER WASHED IT (electrical component) and I told them I was taking it to get checked at AutoZone to confirm it worked. Bobby then told me not to get it tested and refunded my part yelling he could sell it to someone else. This is the second time I’ve tried with this company and the service is getting worse and worse. Plenty of other yards in the area with quality parts, better rates, and better service. DONT SHOP HERE.
