Like most have said, they favor the regulars over you, they would come in, order their part, and get it within a reasonable time. I paid over the phone on Monday for a front axle with intentions of picking it up Friday mid morning.
So you think they would have the part pulled by the time I arrived. Well they didn’t, not only did it take 3 hours, they pulled the rear axle instead of the front. After they told me it was ready the second time I had to go get my receipt in which they tried to charge me more sense it was a different part than what I originally ordered. I showed the email of the part I paid for earlier in the week that stated front axle.
The whole inside staff needs training BAD! The outside guys “you know, the ones doing all the work” were very friendly. I’ll never buy anything from them again even if I have to drive 200 miles to get it.
