Worst customer service ever! Nothing on the website stating all sales final. Was able to give the year make and model along with mileage over the phone when called to see if they had the part but the next day said they had no idea what vehicle the part came off of and there was no way to figure it out. The guy was a complete jerk. Will never use this company again.

Generally the pricing is good and the service is fairly fast it just depends what your after I would normally go to pick and pull but when I'm not into pulling a part I don't mind paying a little extra to not have to do so and they have always had what I was looking for except Honda windshield for a 2000 although the recommended place they sent me to did so it all worked out fine

Bought an engine, before I left noticed harmonic balancer is chipped where powered steering belt goes. Wouldn't budge on price so I get to swap harmonic balancers for free, since no other engines are around. It's got a hunk of steel in the groove for the v belt
